This policy explains what information the All I.T. & Electronics app collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is run by All I.T. & Electronics, Central Plaza, Marsh Harbour, Abaco, The Bahamas ("we", "us").
What we collect

Your account: your name, phone number, email address and password. Passwords are stored encrypted; we can't see them.
•
Bookings: the type of service, the device or problem you describe, your preferred day and time, your area, and the address for on-site visits.
•
Job details: status updates, quotes and your quote approvals.
•
Messages you send to our support team in the app, and our replies.
•
Shop orders: the items, prices and any note you add.
•
If you allow notifications: a notification token for your device, so we can send you alerts.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or payment card details, and the app contains no advertising or tracking.
How we use it
•
To book, carry out and keep you updated on repairs, installations and troubleshooting.
•
To prepare quotes, prepare your shop orders and contact you about them.
•
To reply to your messages and send you notifications about your jobs and messages.
•
Only if you choose "Send me deals and promotions": to send you offers by app notification or email. You can turn this off anytime in Account.
•
To keep business records of the work we do and the charges you accepted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers that run the app for us: Supabase (secure database and sign-in, hosted in the United States), Expo (app delivery and sending notifications), and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (delivering notifications to your phone). Our staff see your bookings, orders and messages so they can help you. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you have an account. If you delete your account, we delete your name, phone number, email, sign-in, messages and notification tokens. We keep records of past jobs and orders (for example the service, dates and amounts charged) for our business and tax records, but they are no longer linked to you and any visit address is removed.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Account, then Delete my account. You can also do it on the web at the "Delete your account" page linked from this policy, or email us at aj@allitelectronics.com.
Your choices
•
You can see and update your bookings, orders and messages in the app.
•
You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings.
•
You can ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it by emailing us.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections, and the database only lets each customer see their own bookings, orders and messages. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
